Warm-Up:
• 10 mins of Incline Treadmill Walk or Stair Master to get the heart pumping
• 3 sets of 45 secs Banded Crab Walks (place band slightly above the ankles for intensity)
Main Workout:
• RDLs: 3 sets x 12 reps (Weights: 65, 95, 115 lbs)
• Goblet Sumo Squats: 3 sets x 15 reps (Weights: 50, 55, 60 lbs)
• Hip Thrusts: 4 sets x 10 reps (Weights: 95, 115, 135, 155 lbs)
• SL Deficit Reverse Lunges: 3 sets x 12 reps with 30 lbs Dumbbells
• V Crunches on Bench: 3 sets x 20 reps
• Planks: 3 sets x 1 minute
• Flutter Kicks: 3 sets x 1 minute
Cool Down:
• 10 mins of Lower Body Stretches to ease the muscles
