💙💛🥎 SWING 365 TOURNAMENT RUNNER-UP!🥎💛💙
We could NOT be prouder of these girls! 💙💛
This team is filled with outstanding softball players and, even more importantly, incredible young ladies who put their whole hearts into everything they do. Yesterday didn’t go quite how we hoped in pool play, but these Knights came back today READY FOR BATTLE, and they showed everyone exactly what they’re made of! ⚔️🔥
🥎 GAME 1: LADY KNIGHTS 2 | PITTSBURGH PASSION 1
What a battle! Charlotte was lights out in the circle, holding Passion to just 1 run on 3 hits with 4 strikeouts! 💪
Then came the clutch moments! With the game on the line, Taylen ripped a double in the final inning to drive in the tying run. Madelynn followed with a HUGE triple, bringing home the winning run! CLUTCH ENERGY! 🔥💥
🥎 GAME 2: LADY KNIGHTS 5 | ALL AMERICAN 4
Another nail-biter, and the Knights found a way! Harper S. came up BIG in the circle, striking out 5 batters and delivering when her team needed her most! 💪
Our defense was UNSTOPPABLE, with the girls making incredible plays all game long. And with two outs in the top of the third, Delaney came through with a clutch hit, driving in 2 runs to extend the lead to 5-2! 💣🥎
🏆 CHAMPIONSHIP GAME: LADY KNIGHTS 3 | TEAM PA 5
The Knights punched their ticket to the championship and came out swinging, jumping to a 3-0 lead in the first inning with some fantastic small-ball ex*****on!
These girls battled through every inning, fought through injuries, and never stopped competing…even when the pressure was on. Charlotte continued to battle in the circle even after taking a hard hit to the shin, she showed incredible toughness and heart!
Unfortunately, we came up short, falling 5-3, but there is SO much to be proud of. These girls left everything they had on that field, and their fight, heart, and determination were on full display all day long. 💙💛
🥈 SWING 365 TOURNAMENT RUNNER-UP!🥈
The outcome may not have been the championship we dreamed of, but this team showed what it means to be a KNIGHT. They picked each other up, battled through adversity, made big plays, and proved that yesterday does not define today.
To our players: Keep your heads high! You are talented, resilient, hardworking, and a joy to watch. The way you play this game is special, but the young ladies you are becoming is what makes us proudest. 💙💛
To our coaches and families: Thank you for pouring into these girls and supporting them every step of the way!
THIS IS LADY KNIGHTS SOFTBALL! ⚔️🥎
💛ONE TEAM. ONE FAMILY. ALL HEART.💙
