This closure has been difficult—not only emotionally, but financially. Nearly three weeks without classes means nearly three weeks without the normal revenue that keeps a small business like ours moving. So as we reopen our doors, WE NEED OUR COMMUNITY NOW MORE THAN EVER.

The Pole Experience Dance Fitness Studio is officially temporarily closed, and at this time, we do not have a confirmed reopening date.

This decision was not made lightly. After months of dealing with ongoing property-management issues, building conditions, and TWO rent increases in less than a year of being in our current location, we have reached a point where we have to step back and reassess what is financially and operationally sustainable for our business.

We know many of you have questions about your memberships, class packages, credits, and upcoming reservations. We are working through those matters as carefully as possible. Please understand that we are not in a position to issue blanket refunds for every package or membership at this time. Each situation may require individual review, and we ask that you please allow us time to determine the best path forward.

We understand that this may be frustrating and disappointing. It is frustrating and disappointing for us too. The Pole Experience has been built by our community, and we are doing everything we can to navigate this situation responsibly.

We respectfully ask for patience, understanding, and grace during this time. Please refrain from sending repeated refund requests or messages demanding immediate resolutions while we work through everything.

We will communicate directly with our members and clients as decisions are made and more information becomes available.
