Consistency is key baby 💪🏽🔑

Workout details:

warm up
cable abductors 3 sets of 10-12 on each leg
sumo squat 3 sets of 10-15
single leg RDL 3 sets of 12 on each leg
single leg hip thrust 3 sets of 10 on each leg

core circuit - 3 exercises for 3 sets of 30 seconds (each exercise)
cool down
