If you've ever wondered why ROs move fast when they see something unsafe... this is why. When a pew comes out of the stall unexpectedly, it's not a "let's casually chat about it" moment. It's a split-second, safety-first situation.
What customers sometimes think we should do:
🙂 "Oh hey there, no rush, we'll just stand here while you pivot with that muzzle..."

✋🏽 Clear commands.
✋🏽 Immediate correction.
✋🏽 Stop the movement.
And how we want to respond when someone points a loaded pew in our direction? 😅 Let's just say... we're very grateful for our training.
In all seriousness, range safety isn't about ego, attitude, or being dramatic. It's about protecting every single person in the building. A quick, firm correction can prevent a life-altering mistake. We promise we're not mad. We're just committed to everyone going home safely. ❤️
