Looking for a good flounder guide, I highly recommend this guide. He is on several episodes on "Texas outdoor boys", tpw videos, and several others. If you want to see some 30" flounder go check out his site. I do not in any way work for or with him. Been going with him for the last several years and never been disappointed.
