On September 18, 2026, Cydryce “Cyd” Carter McMillian, affectionately known to so many as Coach Mac, suffered a tragic medical event and remains hospitalized.
Coach Mac has dedicated her life to pouring into others—as a beloved volleyball coach, educator, mentor, mother, daughter, sister, and friend. Through her work on and off the court, she has encouraged, taught, mentored, and inspired countless athletes, students, families, and colleagues locally, regionally, and nationally.
Now, her family is navigating an unexpected and difficult season.
Cydryce is a devoted mother of four, including two children attending out-of-state universities and her 10-year-old twin daughters. While she is unable to work, the family is facing ongoing medical, household, living, educational, and tuition-related expenses.
This fundraiser will help ease some of that financial burden and provide stability as Cydryce focuses on her recovery and her family moves through the weeks and months ahead. One-time and recurring gifts are deeply appreciated.
