All, please welcome a new YES COACH, Ly Phan. He has 18 years of running experience. with 30+ Marathons 3:15 PB, 20+ HM 1:29 PB, 6 Ironman finishes. His favorite running tip right now is to be patient, trust the process and have fun! His favorite workout is the one that happened. We are excited to have Ly be part of the coaching staff to help you meet your goals. Ly is based in Sugar Land, TX (Houston area).

When Tracey started with us, she wanted to see where her running journey would be with formal coaching.

With Maria's patience and partnership, we have found the right balance to help discover her unlimited potential! At age 59 and 11 years of running, she got her PR in her 5K @24:45 (8:00 pace), 10M @ 1:27 (8:45 pace) , and half marathon @1:58 (9:01 pace)

Maria is proving age is just a number!

Maria is a very strong runner with a lot of fast twitch muscles. To help improve her speed and endurance, we introduced her to different workouts than she was used to in order to build her long distance stamina. And to help support her muscle recovery and repair, we worked on her nutrition to ensure she optimized every workout.

Congratulations Maria on your many accomplishments, PRs and accolades with 73 Marathons, 3 ultras and countless half, 10ks and 5k's, including 2 SIX STARS and many more to come!!

Congratulations Gena on your BQ and PR!!

This was Gena's first time having a coach after years of running. She completed over 20 marathons and qualified to run the Boston Marathon twice! She isnt new to the running world and wanted to see where her running journey can go with a coach. We are so happy she said YES2Coaching and had us coach her for the Berlin Marathon.

Pat is beginning to realize smart, strategic coaching and training opens up possibilities he never imagined.

Pat, age 33, started working with us in July to prepare for Pocatello marathon in Idaho in Sept 2023. Pat ran a solid 3:08. It wasnt his best time but some good lessons learned.

He was determined to try again at Chevron Houston Marathon. Pat had run this race in Jan 2023 and achieved 3:00:23 on the course.

After taking a few weeks off from training after Indiapoilis, we gradually ramped up Pat's mileage to resume marathon training while working on strength training, his weak stomach and fueling strategy.

On race day, Pat felt confident and followed his racing plan to a T. He nailed his carb load plan days leading up to race , executed his fuel plan the day of, ran a negative split race, and finished in 2:51, 9 minutes faster than his previous PR on the same course a year prior and earned his first Boston Qualifier goal and Sub 3!! 🎉🎉🎉
