Yesterday we said goodbye to my sister-in-law, Nancy Jo Newburn Stumpf. If you didn't get to know my sister-in-law you missed out she was loving kind and so funny and full of joy. She adored her daughters and she was my sister since the age of eight years old , I was in her wedding to my brother and I loved her like a sister, so many fun times, so many times shared yesterday and the amazing sendoff my nieces put together please keep my nieces and in your prayers as this is a really hard time for them, but they did an amazing job sending their mom off just the way she would've wanted it with laughter and of course, a little crying . I mean I was honored to get to speak and I will forever be grateful to her for giving me my two precious nieces and allowing me to be in her life and their's💔

Never in a million years could I ever explain this joy and love . My first baby gave me the greatest gift of a perfect precious angel granddaughter named Margot Liane Frazer . Her middle name is mine and Courtney's , named after my beloved Godmother . I was gifted the last 10 days a chance to take care of my first born and her first born , this is a gift I will treasure forever. Leaving NYC is so incredibly hard but I am so proud of the mother my daughter is and I know she is going to be amazing ! I will be counting the days until I get to hold my baby again ! The gift of life is precious we all need to cherish it 🩷Thank you for sharing your two beautiful girls with me , you are an awesome father and I can leave trusting you with this precious cargo 🩷 I love you both 🩷🩷🩷🩷🩷🩷

The BEST gifts I have ever gotten ..matching pj's with my daughter and granddaughter and this time with my babies 🩷🩷🩷 I love all my babies but Margot has a special place in my heart forever ... so cool to be a Coco!! I am blessed

Seeing the outpouring of love and kindness not to mention giving spirit during this time makes me so proud to be a Texan ❤️

If you want to feel good and look good you have to work at it ! Nothing worth having comes easy ... Shredders know this to be true ! If you what to reduce your body fat without shots or starvation ( which only makes you skinny fat ) weight training is the key ! It's now or never baby !!

Believe in yourself if you want others to. As someone who has faced more challenges than many and continues to face them , sometimes the only person we have is ourselves and God❤️ He didn't create us to be weak , he created us in his likeness !

There are not many human beings who have the deep empathy Pope Francis had. He had an innate ability to connect with all religions and people. It's not by chance God took him Easter Monday and let the world have him for one more Easter . Pope Francis should teach us all to live more selflessly and less selfishly . Blessed be his name 💜

Remember it took time to get where you are so it will take time to change. Beauty and strength come from within but they will allow the outer to match your inner with work ! No quick fixes ... only truly working on yourself and your body ❤️Love yourself enough to know sometimes it's uncomfortable to change for the better ... especially in the garage ... ❤️
