Today it was TEAM ...my Whole Foods Post Oak/Rooftop Cinema MTTh 5:15am OG CREW!
Been at it 9 years now! 🙏🏽🥰💪🏽
I love these ladies MORE than words can ever express enough! They have real estate in my heart & ALWAYS WILL!!

Health Tip:
Found this salad dressing that's made from yogurt...love it!
Another alternate that's literally zero calories after all is said and done is fresh squeezed lemon juice.
I also use just plain old balsamic vinegar.
I do have fun foods. However, years ago I chose to try to eat as little processed foods as possible and to eat food as much raw or in its natural form possible. BUT I STILL HAVE FUN FOODS & ADULT BEV here and there.
It's totally helped w my gut health and any systemic inflammation I have in my body.
What are some of your that you've used or are currently using that you love and feel taste isn't sacrificed?

Do you have structure when it comes to ? Or are you like me...the struggle for structure is real!?
Goals for me...10pm. Reality...between 10:30 pm & midnight. 🤦🏼♀️
There are those 🦄 nights where Liam and dogs are in bed on time and I get in bed between 9:30 pm & 10 pm!
But here's my struggle...I wake for work most days no later than 4:15 am! 😩

LET’S SEE…can you relate??
Thanksgiving left me feeling all the feels… gratitude through the roof & motivated for 2022!
Then on to the next Holiday…Christmas…Work events…Parties…shopping…wrapping…more wrapping & maybe SOME RAPPING…LOL!
Now my motivation is hanging on by a thread. Eeeek!
It is easy going into the holidays to let your goals slip & slide. Don’t shame yourself for it! SOOOOoooo…if you’re life is looking like mine, maybe join me with this mindset.
I’m thinking…Renee…
1. Do your best to portion size even the fun foods
2. Drink LOADS of water to keep the colon happy
3. Keep taking my supplements…ALL having me maintain & ready to pull the trigger in 2022
→ Gut system (off set the “fun foods” and toxins)
→ Life Biocell Collagen (keep my hair & skin looking amazing with the added harsh weather)
→ Trim (keep the body maintaining by burning fat & sparing muscle)
4. Write out your plan for “YOU in 2022”
