Ages:
6-12 grade (exceptions for home school or older 5th graders)
Practices – these will be twice a week with an optional (but highly encouraged) weekend ride and different trail systems. Actual dates are TBD until we see who registers as we will try to see what works best for most people. We are aiming to start practices In November but please get your kiddos out riding their bikes now.
Parents meeting/season kickoff will be help very soon so keep an eye out for date and location. There will be a zoom link for those who cannot make it.
Races: ALL riders will be required to register and try their best to attend all races this season. This is a change from the past. This year NICA has added a “fun lap” for those not yet comfortable with racing. Riders on the team that need more time will come and support their fellow racers and if not racing will do the “fun lap”. We cannot have riders in the team this season who do not plan to race. Do you have old Jersey that doesn’t fit? Or and old Jersey just sitting in a box somewhere??

Especially the smaller ones (extra small, small or XXS)??

Please let us know as we need them! I hate have parents buy these smaller sizes as our kiddos usually quickly outgrow them.

Just a reminder that our first practice is next Monday at Pope elementary.

Please bring your bike in working order, helmet, water, and fully charged bike light.

Parents meeting/season kickoff will be Thursday October the 20th at 6:30pm at The Burger Ranch in Cypress. There will be a zoom link for those who cannot make it. We hope to have everyone registered by this date if possible.

This year NICA has added a “fun lap” for those not yet comfortable with racing. Riders on the team that need more time will come and support their fellow racers and if not racing will do the “fun lap”. We cannot have riders in the team this season who do not plan to race.
