Whether it’s group classes, personal coaching, or dance fitness, contact me! 14yrs fitness experience, but a teacher by heart! After doing Zumba for FIVE years I finally decided to share my passion for dancing and new-found fitness and become an instructor! I am a TRUE Zumba success story, having lost a total of 50 lbs since I started this energetic new fitness craze! Not only have I kept the weight off, but have found some muscle tone where there was none before! The benefits of Zumba don't just stop there. After years of having lower back problems and realizing no therapy, massage or endless chiropractor visits worked for me, I have found that having a stronger core has tremendously improved my pain. This is one of the many ways Zumba has worked for me, what can it do for YOU?? Join me in burning off those calories, having an energetic, fun workout which will leave you with a feeling of complete exhilaration. Come try it any of my classes, I guarantee you will have a blast! PINK OUT WEEK at Crunch League City for Breast Cancer Awareness. Wear PINK to ALL your classes as we remember those we have lost, support those still fighting, and celebrate the warriors who have survived! These are just a few of this week’s specialty classes but the celebration continues with RAFFLES & PRIZES IN EVERY CLASS! 🎉 PRINT YOUR KIOSK TICKET BEFORE CLASS! Your printed ticket is your entry into that class’s raffle. Hand it to your instructor for your chance to win!
