We hear it all the time, “age is going to catch up to you”, and “I’m just getting old”.
These are statements of acceptance for living in pain, and unwillingness to prioritize your health and quality of life.
Our bodies were designed by the greatest Craftsman. We are like anything else—take care of it and use it right and it’ll last a lifetime, or abuse it and put it in unfit situations and it’ll be crappy in no time. But also, with a little TLC and time dedicated to rebuilding, you can remodel and work well again.
