Most clinicians overpay for their Medical Director, not because the MD is expensive… but because the clinic isn’t prepared.
Pricing almost always comes down to:
- how organized your clinic is
- how clear your protocols and standing orders are
- how defined the responsibilities are
- how much oversight the services require
- and the state you operate in
Before you agree to any number, get your documents in place.
Prepared clinics get better pricing. Unprepared clinics get higher quotes.

Before and After
The guy on the left was insecure, lost, and still trying to figure out who he was meant to be. Sleeping on his mom's couch, making good grades but never getting the respect of his peers.
The man on the right? He still wrestles with insecurity, but now he fights it with purpose. He's learned to love himself. He's helped hospitals, private equity, and large specialty groups across the country realize over $10M+ in revenue, built a clinic from scratch that grew to $500K in under 2 years, and even launched his own product.
The picture on the left is embarrassing to share, but I show it because just like me, it's never about where you start - it's about where you're going.
