“A Success principle”

As a start up coach and business owner...
I’m going to keep it real today.
I am going to apologize this post is long.
I hope it will bless someone.
I talk to my clients a lot as a business coach. I tell them about my journey as an entrepreneur.

I’m going to be talking about my journey as a new entrepreneur in 2007.
What was the MAJOR factor that I mastered in 2007 to make 6 figures in my first year?

I started to dream again.
You know how it goes when you become an adult.
We are told “Stop dreaming your an adult”
If you guys know anything about me. When I am told that I can’t or don’t do something in business.

I am motivated even more.
So in 2007 I was told because I was a women and not a real estate broker. I could NEVER be successful as a real estate franchise owner in Texas.
I got mad and KEEP dreaming. I saw myself where I wanted to be as a women real estate franchise owner.
It was HARD at first to close my eyes and see myself with my new real estate franchise making 6 figures in “The biggest real estate crash”
It felt fake while I was doing it.
I wanted it BAD so I keep doing it.
As a women of faith I prayed to god to help me bring it to pass….
Seeing myself where I wanted to be.
Guess what? It really worked!!
God really showed out.
I still do this today.

As a business coach I’m always asked. How do you go from a dream to successful business?

*First step you MUST have a DREAM.
It all starts with that DREAM…
*You have to want something DIFFERENT to take the journey into entrepreneurship.

You have a DREAM. Now what?

*Visualize your Dreams.
*Write your Dreams on paper.
*Made your DECISION about what you want. That statement is the best SUCCESS tip that I can give you. What’s next?

*Write your GOALS life/business with a deadline.
*Now that your goals are WRITTEN down on paper.
*Now take ACTION.
*Action means… Move forward with a plan to make your goals come TRUE.

If you have completed these steps and you can say....Yes... “It’s done”
Congratulation you’re done what 98% of people won’t do....
That’s why YOU are so different....
You must ALWAYS remember this TIP.

You MUST protect your..”VISION and your DREAMS” Why?
Because 98% of people won’t understand your journey because they have....”No vision "

Clarity allows you to have your passion and purpose to align to become a means to overcoming obstacles.

Can you pass the Clarity Test?

The Clarity Test:
To pass this test a goal or your vision must meet the following criteria.

*Are you able to see your goals or vision?
*Do you have goals or vision is in writing?
*Are you able to explain your goals or vision to others so they can understand?
*Can you share your”Why”
( What the goal or vision will do for your company)

If you pass the test say “Yes”
