Support doesn’t cost a thing.
A like. A share. A shoutout.

That’s how Bar None is built.
The grind is real and your support never goes unnoticed.

Much love to our Bar None fam.

At Bar None, we don’t sit on old habits.
As our players grow, we grow with them.

Every player is different, and we adapt to fit their needs.
Our way isn’t always their way.

So we study. We learn. We stay students of the game.

Because being a great coach isn’t about knowing everything…
It’s about doing whatever it takes to reach the player in front of you.

No ego. No excuses. Just growth.

SUP BAR NONE FAM!

This is what the grind looks like.
No crowd. No hype. No shortcuts.

Just reps…
Just discipline…
Just putting in work when nobody’s watching.

That’s where players separate.
That’s where confidence is built.
That’s where results come from.

No excuses. Just work.

LET’S GO BAR NONE FAM!!!

Another great day in the H!

Leagues are starting
Tournaments are heating up
And the grind is REAL right now

YOU see what your player is going through.
Striking out…
Second guessing…
Letting pitches go by…

And hoping it just “clicks” on its own?
That’s not the move.

Team practices got 10+ kids…
Not enough reps
Not enough attention
Not enough development

Your player needs that 1-on-1, locked-in work to grow.

At Bar None, we train BOTH:
Physical skills
Mental confidence

So when that moment comes…
They don’t panic
They don’t hesitate
They ATTACK

This isn’t a “maybe” situation.
This is where you decide:
Stay the same
or
LEVEL UP

Get them booked. Get them right.

And don’t forget…
WE COME TO YOU.

Friday the 13th, huh? Scary? Superstitious?

Nah, fam. The only scary thing around here is the HUSTLE.
It’s always moving. Always pushing. Always demanding.

And just when you think you can slow down, you look behind you, and someone is right there, trying to pass you, trying to take your spot. The one you earned.

So you hustle harder.

Push harder.
Keep grinding.
Never stopping.

Because THE HUSTLE NEVER STOPS… and neither should you.

LET’S GO!!!!! 🔥

Your player steps up to the plate… and doesn’t swing.
Pitch after pitch… opportunity after opportunity… gone.

Frustrating, right?

At Bar None, we train hitters to be aggressive, confident, and ready to attack the ball. Even a tough pitch can be hittable when you know what to look for and how to react.

Don’t let them keep missing their chances.
We build hitters who step in the box ready to TAKE THE SWING, not lose their chance.

This is a great flashback for us. This was our old stomping ground.
Melrose Park – Field #7.
Beat up. Rough. Straight hood.
Just like us.

This is where Bar None earned its stripes.

Fielders took hard ground balls on dirt that felt like concrete.
The grass never really grew.
The lights? Maybe one bulb worked on each set.
Didn’t matter.
We dropped buckets of sweat on this field.

Every rep earned.
Every hustle real.

This is still our home base when we do work in the hood.
Keeps us grounded.
Keeps us real.
Never forget where you came from.

And this ball player right here?
True warrior. Look at that face.
We trained her from 12 years old all the way until she graduated high school. And she worked her tail off every single step of the way.

The summer between 8th grade and high school, she told us:
“I’m going to be THE starting catcher as a freshman Coach!”
So we went to work.
All summer.
All winter.
And when spring came around.
She didn’t hope for it.
She didn’t wish for it.
She EARNED it.

Since day one our mantra has been:
“HARD WORK ALWAYS PAYS OFF.”

When our players earn what they deserve…
When they see the results of the grind…
That’s when you know it was all worth it.

Morning Bar None Fam!

Little soapbox moment.

One thing we’ve learned over the years is this — you can never stop learning and growing as a coach.

A lot of coaches and trainers take pride in how they do things. And sometimes that pride gets in the way.

Some coaches yell.
Some coaches coach from a distance.
For us, getting in the mix works best. We want our players to know we’re in the trenches with them.
But we always check pride at the door — because our way isn’t the way.

There is no cookie-cutter mold.
Every player is different.
Sometimes, as a coach, you have to go back to the fundamentals and break down your own style to fit the player, not force the player to fit you.

And one thing we will never do is criticize another coach or trainer.
Every coach has their own style. Every coach is trying to reach players in their own way.

You always hear people say, “Trust the process.”
But the real question is — whose process is it?
Does that process belong to the coach?
Or does it belong to the relationship being built?

That first training session isn’t about proving anything.
It’s a feel-out process. Is the player comfortable with us?
Are we comfortable with the player? Because the fit has to be there.
That’s where trust starts. And trust is what allows real growth to happen.

Pride is one of the biggest obstacles in coaching. Players look to us for answers, and if we don’t have them, it can feel like weakness. I believe it’s the opposite.

It shows strength.
It shows you’re willing to learn.
Willing to adjust.
Willing to grow with your player.

When I feel like I’m failing a player, I don’t blame them. I go back and study our training. I talk to coaches I trust. I learn more. I sharpen my craft. I do what I need to do to get better — for them.

Coaches love to list accomplishments like a résumé.
But the real question you should ask is:

What have you done lately to get better?
