She started in 2009 then faced major setbacks with a knee injury that led to two surgeries… and still came back, earning her black belt and stepping back into competition.
She’s a mother of four, a wife of over three decades, and the owner of GrounddwellHers, where she’s committed to helping women grow stronger, more confident, and more capable.
