You might think cardio has to leave you exhausted to “count.”
But honestly, walking is one of the most underrated tools for fat loss, recovery, and consistency.
I personally stick to walking because it’s sustainable.
It’s something I can do daily without burning myself out, stressing my body, or feeling like I need a recovery day after.
The best workout plan is the one you can stay consistent with.
And for me, walking keeps me lean, clears my mind, and helps me show up every single day.
Don’t underestimate simple. Consistency beats intensity when intensity isn’t sustainable. 👣

Sometimes we think we’re in control every time until life reminds is were not, l’ve tried doing things my own way chasing goals, ignoring God’s direction, thinking I knew best.
But every time I drifted... He still brought me back with grace.
That’s how I know God is real.
Not because life is easy but because he never let me stay lost.
