Circle Varsity boys traveled to Ponte Vedra to participate in the Shark Shootout - Battle at the Beach. Another great team score had the team finish in 2nd place in the 16 team field with a 5 under par total. The team was led by Karl Stenson with a 5 under score of 67. He was followed by Orlando Torres with a score of 2 under 70b, and Ethan Nejman finished at even par 72

Circle Alums met up in Finland recently at the Hotel Planner Tour event. Jhared Hack (2007) was playing in the event and Justin Frederick (2003) flew over to caddy for him. Circle Boys participated in the Central Florida Prep Invitational at the Country Club of Orlando. The team finished in 6th place in the 15 team field. Gabe Rodriguez led the team with an even round score of 70. The team is showing consistent quality scoring in their early season event.

Congratulations to the boys team on the strong finish of their first tournament of the year at the Boone invitational. The boys finished in second place with a five underpar total of 275 in the 12 team event. The boys were led by Ethan Nejam with a score of 8 under par 62 on the par 70 Hawks Landing course. This is the best score of a Circle player since Canon Claycomb who had a nine under par 63 in 2017. Congrats to all for a strong first tournament.

The Fall preseason has begun. The Circle Boys team was involved in a 10 team joint practice at Mission Inn on Saturday. The boys showed well in the first event with other teams with all 5 scoring in the 70’s. The regular season will begin this week with a tournament hosted by Boone High.

Jackson Suber is leading the British Open after the first day of play. While playing for Tampa Plant while in High School, Jackson competed in the Qdoba Tournament of Champions. This year's tournament will again bring the best High School players from around the State of Florida.

The 2026 Qdoba Tournaments will feature the following teams for Qdoba weekend - Oct 2 & 3.
Boys: Circle Christian School, American Heritage, Benjamin, Bishop Moore, Fleming Island, Fletcher, Ponte Vedra, TFA, and William T Dwyer
Girls: Circle Christian School, Lake Mary High, Lake Mary Prep, Parrish, and TFA
