Our 3rd Senior Spotlight:

#6 | Isaiah Battles | Defender

Isaiah has played for the Warriors for two years, both having been on the Varsity team. Isaiah’s soccer knowledge is very good and it has helped him to be a key piece of our back line these last 2 years.

Isaiah plays with passion every time he steps on the pitch, and solidified himself as a starter early on in his time with the team!

Final:

The Warriors fall to the Pioneers at Heidkamp Stadium. The loss drops our record to 3-9-1 on the season. We’re down to our final 4 regular season games now. As we wind the season down, 3 of our last 4 will be at home, including both games next week as we host Springfield in a GWOC contest Tuesday and then Senior Night is Thursday when we host Miami East!

Our second Senior Spotlight is:

#5 | Isaac Velez | Midfielder

Issac is another 4-year player having played 2 years on JV before making the jump to Varsity. While he primarily plays in the midfield, Isaac is versatile enough that he has also slid back into the defensive line to help out on defense.

Isaac has shown great growth in his four seasons with the Boy’s Soccer program and even though he is not a captain, he has been a tremendous leader for us this season with is on-field communication and his skill/play!

The Warriors begin a 3-game home stand this evening as we host the Jonathan Alder Pioneers! Come out and support the boys as we wind down the season!
