Established in 2001, we're a warehouse gym without all of the fluff and chrome. We offer 1 on 1 pers There's no other gym like us in the Huber Heights area.

We not only offer 1 on 1 training, but we also have what is needed for any "Hardcore" bodybuilder or powerlifter. Our staff is very knowledgeable with over 30 years of combined experience...and they are available to answer any questions concerning training and nutrition.

Dress them up with some veggies and you've got a perfect dish packed with protein that the whole family can enjoy! 😃💪🍽

The holidays can be a stressful time of year. Toss in a pandemic and you've got the perfect storm for wrecking your healthy lifestyle. If you don't have time to do a full work-out, don't skip it completely. Ten minutes of cardio, a seven minute ab routine, whatever you have time for will keep your muscles moving and your metabolism working the way it's supposed to. Now get moving! 💪🏻⁠
