Hello RSC Families!

🎃 TODAY IS THE DAY! 🎃

Our Richfield Soccer Club Trunk or Treat is finally here, and we are SO excited to celebrate with all of you tonight!

📍 Location: Heritage Park
⏰ Time: 5:30–7:30 PM

🚗 IMPORTANT PARKING & SAFETY INFORMATION!

Please take a moment to review the attached event map before arriving tonight!

All decorated trunks will be located in the gravel portion of the parking lot.

For everyone's safety, we ask that all spectators and families park BEFORE reaching the gravel parking area. We want to avoid vehicles coming and going through the Trunk or Treat area while children are walking around and enjoying the event.

Keeping vehicle traffic away from the decorated trunks will help ensure a safe and enjoyable evening for everyone!

🍋 SPECIAL GUEST — LEN'S COFFEE!

We are excited to welcome Len's Coffee, who will be hosting a lemonade stand tonight! Be sure to stop by and show them some love!

🍔 COME HUNGRY & SUPPORT RSC!

Our concessions stand will be open tonight, and we encourage everyone to consider having dinner with us!

Concessions are one of the ways Richfield Soccer Club raises money to support our players, equipment, and programs. Every purchase helps us continue providing great opportunities for our kids!

🍬 CANDY DRIVE SUCCESS — 75 BAGS!

WOW! Our RSC families really showed up! Together, we collected an incredible 75 bags of candy!

Thank you to every family and team that contributed. We couldn't have done it without you!

Even better, any leftover candy from tonight's event will be donated to Friess Lake Elementary School to help support their upcoming Trunk or Treat!

We absolutely LOVE being able to give back and support the schools that so many of our RSC kids attend. Building strong connections between our soccer club, schools, and community is something we truly value!

🏆 TRUNK DECORATING CONTEST!

Get ready for some friendly competition! We will have a trunk decorating contest tonight, and our very own event volunteers will get to help decide which trunks take home the awards!

We can't wait to see everyone's creativity, decorations, and Halloween spirit. Good luck to all our participating trunks!

🛝 PLAYGROUND FUN & SAFETY REMINDER!

The playground WILL be available for children to enjoy during tonight's event!

We will have lights illuminating the playground area as it gets darker to help keep the space visible.

However, we ask that all parents and guardians continue to keep a close eye on their children, especially once the sun goes down. While the playground will be lit, children must still be supervised by their parents or guardians.

We want everyone to have a fun and SAFE evening!

👻 LET'S HAVE SOME HALLOWEEN FUN!

A huge thank you to all our volunteers, families, and community supporters who make events like this possible. We truly couldn't do it without you!

Come dressed in your Halloween best, bring your appetite, and get ready for a fun evening!

SEE YOU TONIGHT, RSC FAMILIES! 🎃⚽👻

Hi RSC Families!

🎃 Trunk-or-Treat is THIS FRIDAY! 🎃

We’re so excited to see everyone for a fun night at Richfield Soccer Club! Here’s everything you need to know before you arrive:

🕠 WHEN
Friday, October 9th
5:30–7:30 PM

🚗 PARKING
All families coming to trick-or-treat should park in the main parking lot by concessions

Our decorated trunks will be set up separately in the gravel parking area next to Field 7 Please keep this area open for our trunkers and their vehicles!

🍋 LENS COFFEE CO. IS BACK!
After everyone loved having Len’s Coffee Co. at our KMSL Tournament, they’re coming back for Trunk-or-Treat! 🙌

This time, they’ll be bringing an awesome lemonade tent! 🍋 Stop by and check them out next to concessions during the event!

🍬 BRING YOUR TRICK-OR-TREAT BUCKET!
Don’t forget to bring a bucket or bag for collecting all those goodies! Our trunkers have some AWESOME themes planned, and we can’t wait for you to see them!

🛝 PLAYGROUND
The playground will be open for families to use, and we will have some lighting in that area.

However, once it gets dark, parents MUST keep an eye on their children while they are using the playground. Visibility will be limited even with additional lighting, and RSC cannot be responsible for accidents or injuries that occur on the playground after dark. Please use your best judgment and supervise your children closely!

🍕 CONCESSIONS WILL BE OPEN!
Come hungry! Our concessions stand will be open throughout the event.

Purchases at concessions directly support Richfield Soccer Club, our teams, and events like our KMSL Tournament. Every purchase helps us continue putting money back into the club and creating opportunities and events for our players. We appreciate your support! ⚽❤️

🍬 CANDY DRIVE + PIZZA PARTY COMPETITION! 🍕🏆
Our candy drive continues through October 7th!

All donated candy will go directly to our trunkers to hand out during Trunk-or-Treat.

And remember — this is a TEAM COMPETITION! The RSC team that donates the most candy will win a PIZZA PARTY at the end of the fall season!🍕

Please make sure all candy donations are labeled with your team name and given to your coach so we can correctly count them toward your team.

Thank you to everyone who has volunteered, donated candy, created a trunk, supported concessions, or helped make this event possible. We are so excited for a fun night with our RSC community!

See you Friday! 🎃👻⚽🍬
