It's that time of year again to offer up our rental boats for sale! Most of our boats should be ready to take home by mid to late September. Check out the list of boats with specifications and prices attached as a photo to this post.

All boats have color fish finders, bluetooth stereos, and come with full storage covers, all owner's manuals, and all of the safety equipment (type II life vests, fire extinguisers, fenders, lines, etc.) and will have their motors serviced before going to the new owner. We do not have trailers for our boats, but could assist in sourcing trailers.

This year, we have an assortment of 2024-2026 Bennington Tritoons, 2022-2024 Sweetwater Tritoons, 2022 Hurricane 22' deckboats with 200hp Yamahas, and 2022 Hurricane 24' deckboats with 300hp Yamahas.

Mitchells Point is proud to present Crawlspace performing a selection of acoustic Grateful Dead music on Saturday, August 22nd at 6 PM. All the way from Concord NH, Crawlspace will travel to SML to play one show at Mitchells. Band member Andy Boeckler is Jeff Prowse’s high school classmate, and has agreed to perform based on an agreement made in June of 1983. Don’t miss this one friends. Be sure to come out, you won't be disappointed!

As school starts to resume (wasn't Memorial Day just the other day?) Captain Scoop Hand Dipped Ice Cream will be open on a more limited basis until closing for the season after Labor Day. Don't forget that the gas dock has prepackaged Hershey products!

If you haven't already, make sure to mark your calendars for this Saturday, July 18th! Shakedown Street will have vendors, Mitchell's Restaurant & Pizzeria and Captain Scoop Hand Dipped Ice Cream will be open.

Come by land (parking attendants will guide you) or by boat and anchor in the cove - C3 on Craddock

Lawn tickets are $10 and all proceeds benefit Semper Fi & America's Fund. Bring your blankets and chairs.
