- set up
- turn/ tilt both shoulders
- width
- clear left shoulder
- finish with right shoulder through
2- Mapping
- 100 yd 6 irons
- rehearse
- MoveAway and rotation/ exit focus
3- 7 iron punchers
4- what I know how to do isn't perfect; it can be improved on! BUT I'm not fishing anymore.
For me:

Longer discussion here... I spent an hour on the range yesterday "trying something that felt correct" but I knew there was no way I could get it ! I've hit thousands of balls this winter and spring trying to change something... when I do it I really like it... but it's not repeatable!!!
So I sat in my cart and asked myself these questions:
- what is repeatable?
- what is effective?
- what is playable ?
- what can I take to the course?
Christ... I'm 60 yrs old and there things that are improvable; but not whole-sale changeable! AND that was my self- realization!!
What do I know I can rely on to play well?
- set up for success
- left tilt/ sidebend; centering (turn and tilt)
- width in move away and to the top
- clear left shoulder and chest
The PRACTICE is so simple!
- Punch shot city... which I know how to do very well!
This is what I know how to do
- and sure... there are improvements to anything; but I know it's playable, effective, repeatable!!!

Yup. I impressed (shocked) myself!
- tilt and turn better
- width
- clear the chest and release right foot

If your too in-to-out; these are your feels
Anti- stuck/ drop under work
- effective rehearsal
- right arm stays in front back and through
- right shoulder works more left than under
- left shoulder clears
- arms more in front at impact
- divots square and down the line or left
β’
β’
1-While my head moves very little in the backswing, as I try to open the chest/ clear the left shoulder, my head has a tendency to move slightly forward
2- my right knee and shoulder have a tendency to drop.. I lose space and get stuck
3- Goal? PWAP! Pick a specific aspect to improve on / continue to improve on in each session

The freezer or a delay at the top is a great way to work on your transition.
- I'm using to give myself time to clear the chest and lead shoulder... which helps get the club back in front of me better
- "Tilt, Clear, Cover and Tilt Longer" are simple sequence commands that I want to perform
- better left tilt/ left sidebend going back/ shoulder incline
- clear chest/ left shoulder vs. staying closed
- cover with right shoulder at impact
