Trying to make better food choices. Today’s lunch consisted of what I had in my fridge: mixed greens, broccoli, roasted chickpeas, quinoa, orange bell pepper and a couple drizzles of balsamic glaze, salt and pepper. Super tasty and very filling! 😋
