From "Mommy Wrist" to a Clean & Jerk PR. 🏋️‍♀️💥

We talk a lot about the physical demands of motherhood, but we don't talk enough about how those repetitive movements can sideline us in the gym. I was struggling with overhead stability due to some nagging wrist pain (classic De Quervain's/Mommy Wrist), so I got to work using the same tools I use with my patients.

The Treatment Protocol:
IASTM: Breaking up restrictions in the fascia.
Cupping: Improving blood flow and decompression.
Dry Needling: Releasing those deep trigger points and resetting the nervous system.

The result? The pain cleared, the overhead position felt rock solid, and I walked away with a new PR. Proof that you don’t have to "just live" with postpartum aches—you just need the right recovery.

One session. Total relief. 🙌

A clogged duct can go from "annoying" to "unbearable" fast. But there’s a better way to find relief than heat packs and frantic massage.

I offer 25 minute ultrasound therapy sessions. It’s a gentle, evidence-based way to clear clogs, keep your supply steady, and—most importantly—keep you healthy and mastitis-free.
Most of my clients feel a difference after just one treatment!

Isn't liking normal?!?
Nope!
It is common but it is not normal and there is a lot that we can do to prevent leaking!
If you are having trouble with leaks then message me! I would love to have you in and assess your pelvic floor to figure out where the leaking is coming from.
Don't let leaking hold you back!

Leaking with jumping is not normal but it is common!
If you have this issue, try these three tips!
1. Make sure you don't hold your breath while you're jumping
2. Work on your pelvic floor strength! (Best to see a pelvic floor physical therapist to know how to strengthen, And if you're even doing a kegel correctly!)
3. Work on your calf strength. This is super important for an effective jump and shock absorption!
