About the Role: Alliance St. Croix Striking Academy is seeking enthusiastic, reliable, and patient instructors to lead our foundational programs. This role is focused on introducing the art of striking (Muay Thai, Kickboxing, Boxing) to new adult students and children in a safe, fun, and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Adult Classes: Teach safe beginner fundamentals (stance, footwork, basic strikes).

Coach Youth: Supervise kids' classes; emphasize discipline, coordination, and fun.

Maintain Safety: Ensure a safe environment and enforce protocols.

Follow Curriculum: Implement age-appropriate, progressive lesson plans.

Role Model: Provide positive, motivational support and feedback.

Qualifications:

Proven background in a striking discipline.

Prior teaching/coaching (especially beginners/kids) preferred.

Excellent communication and motivational skills.

Commitment to student safety and ethical practice.
