We have some upcoming road work beginning on 8/4 through 8/7. The majority of Homer and all of Waverly will be affected. If you live on these roads, please plan to park at the clubhouse or the nearest side street but be mindful to NOT BLOCK anyone in and leave enough room for emergency vehicles to make it around as well. I have been in touch with our towing company and advised them to not tow on these nights. Again, make sure you are NOT blocking anyone and there is room for a fire truck or ambulance to easily get down any streets. If you drive on these roads, please plan to seek an alternate route during these days. Trash and recycling will be moved by the work crew for the trash pickup people. The road crew will be doing the following on each day: 8/4-milling, 8/5 and 8/6-paving, and 8/7 clean up. Please be aware that weather may delay or cause this project to take longer, but they will do everything they can to hold to this schedule. PLEASE MAKE YOUR PLANS now for parking if you live on these roads. Again, ALL of Waverly, and MOST of Homer (on the left side from lot 596 all the way to Ovid and on the right side from lot 208 all the way to Ovid is what they are showing on our map), but other homes on Homer should plan for limited road availability too.
