I'm sick of people pretending it's easy. Maybe it is for them, but I'll let you know it's never easy for me to get out of bed. There's a ton of mental resistance. And sometimes the snooze button gets hit a few extra times.

But I will say it's always worth it.

Just be careful who you allow to "influence" you.

EVERY. SINGLE. RUN. Every time, there's some level of desire to stop. That's what people don't get. And maybe that's why a lot of people quit with the first sign of discomfort, thinking that it should be easier, why am I not feeling motivated to do this?

stronger doesn't mean the desire to quit doesn't show up. It just means you get to turn the volume of that noise down a little bit and take action even if you don't feel like it.

Give more to yourself. It's the key to moving forward, and also to experience more of the present.
