This energetic Mother's Day themed kids yoga class incorporates dancing, fun songs and a take home craft for a special lady alongside the traditional benefits of yoga - meditation, breathing techniques, peace, and deep relaxation.

Children will learn fun ways to get moving, build confidence, and manage the spectrum of emotions that they experience in their day-to-day activities.

Drop off and enjoy some time to yourself (we suggest the power class at the same time!)

Led by , a certified Children’s Yoga Teacher who has seen the benefits that yoga can have for children firsthand with her two boys.
