Fall is official and that means it's a wrap on the summer challenge!

The only word to describe it is:.. wild! Wildly inspiring - you went above and beyond, shattered every record, and made this a summer challenge to remember. You guys truly went CRAZY this summer. We had to order more stickers, more prizes, more everything to try to keep up with you. We are so proud of this incredible community! 🎉

🎟️Congratulations to all of our raffle winners. Swipe thru for the suspense of the spin!

🎽Tank tops should be ready for pickup next week!

🛍️ If you earned a Tote Bag (35 classes) and haven't picked it up yet, see the front desk.

😮 Due to the unprecedented 25 members of the 2026 60 Class Club, more yoga mat bags are on the way! If you didn't get your 60 sticker (aka badge of honor) stop by the front desk. 🏆

What's actually happening behind the scenes of your own yoga practice? Maybe you can sense it. What often starts as a physical practice - a way to stretch, strengthen, or de-stress, somewhere along the way becomes something... more. A steadier mind, a better relationship with yourself, less reactionary. You know what it *feels* like but this is where you learn *why* it works.

Our 2027 YTT pulls back the curtain on all of it: the history, the philosophy, the body, the breath, the energy - the deeper why behind the practice you love. Whether you want to share the practice with others or deepen your own understanding, our program gives you the time and mentorship to go beyond the weekly class and help you embody yoga in your life.

More than movement. Find your why. Keep growing. Live your yoga. Dive Deeper.
NOW is the time.

We begin January 8th.
