While other kids are taking a few months off, your athlete could be building the strength, speed, agility, and confidence that will set them apart when practices start back up.
Our Teens Strength & Conditioning Program is designed to help athletes of all sports improve performance, reduce injury risk, and develop the work ethic that carries over both on and off the field.

Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays
2:00–3:30 PM
Whether they’re preparing for football, volleyball, soccer, basketball, hockey, track, or any other sport, this program will help them return to their season stronger, faster, and more prepared than ever.

Every person in this club once thought, “There’s no way I can do that.”
The people you see earning a spot in our Committed Club weren’t born confident. They weren’t always strong. They weren’t always consistent.
They simply made one brave decision: show up.
Month after month, these members continue choosing growth over comfort. They show up on the days they’re motivated and the days they’re not. They trust the process, put in the work, and prove that consistency beats perfection every time.
We’re proud to celebrate this month’s Committed Club members. Not because they’re the fittest people in the gym, but because they keep showing up for themselves.
And if you’re looking at this post thinking, “I could never do that,” remember: every name on this list started exactly where you are.
You don’t need to get fit before joining. You join to get fit.

For years, The Inferno has been our in-house test of grit, teamwork, and community. This September, we’re opening the doors and bringing the heat to everyone. 🔥

Big news, C1 👀
Starting TODAY (5/26), members can add After Hours Access and use the gym during designated non-class hours: early mornings, mid-days, evenings, weekends, and holidays included.
This gives you more flexibility to train on your schedule, get extra work in, or avoid missing workouts when life gets busy.
Access is available to full-time members for an additional $10 every 4 weeks (included in Performance Memberships).
Members will receive a personal 4-digit entry code after signing the After Hours Access agreement.
Not a member yet? We can get you started and set up with a membership so you can start jumping into class and take advantage of this new opportunity!
Please remember: respect the space, follow posted rules, and leave the gym how you found it so we can continue offering this awesome addition to the community 💪
