ation of formal education and life experiences, Jeneva has created
expressive art program where she helps people work through challenges using
art as a medium. The Artspress concept began as a vision over 20 years ago and has been Jeneva’s
personal crusade as she pursued her degree at Winthrop University as an adult
student while raising her two youngest children. Jeneva gained experience through her personal journey and experiences along
with the opportunity to work with cancer patients using art as a medium for
relaxation and coping. As her passion continued to grow, Jeneva developed plans for a public studio
where people from all walks of life can express with the arts. In June 2013 her
dreams became a reality when she began restoring what had previously been
the Cygnet Studio space at 336 South Market Street in Elizabethtown Pennsylvania
into the first Artspress studio. Through Artspress, Jeneva offers guidance and coaching in the form of creative
consultations, guided free expression, and educational workshops.
