The week starts with some fun themed workouts and ends with another amazing hike at West Rock Preserve and the grand finale...Partner Appreciation Night!

The main event is for all past, present, and future partners! We will have a dj, food truck, games (including football on the tvs) and much more. You don't want to miss this night, especially our long-term partners 😏

Make sure you use this time to rest and recover, including active recovery.

Active recovery is low intensity physical activity that can lessen muscle soreness, improve circulation, increase mobility, and much more. Some examples are walking, hiking, swimming, cycling, and stretching.
