Too good not to share. This is much more than viewing midlife and menopause as something to endure. It’s empowering and informative. Give it a listen if you have time :🧘♀️🌺

One of the questions I hear all the time is:
“How often should I exercise?”
The truth is… as we move through midlife and beyond, our bodies need a little bit of everything.
❤️ Cardio for heart and brain health💪 Strength training for muscle and bone health🌀 Core & balance work for stability and confidence🧘♀️ Stretching and mobility to keep the body feeling good
Try to move every day — even a brisk walk counts. Walk fast enough to raise your heart rate a bit and get a little out of breath.
Then 3–4 times a week, add strength training.
Yoga, Pilates, bands, weights… it all helps. And if your body allows, lifting heavier weights can be incredibly beneficial as we age. Strong muscles support strong bones, balance, metabolism and longevity.
This stage of life is not about shrinking yourself. It’s about building strength for the life you want to live. ❤️
And one little tip that helps me stay consistent? Leave your workout clothes where you can see them first thing in the morning.
You do not need to be perfect. You just need to keep moving.
