🔥 R.A.D. Acid Athletics Challenge Complete! 🔥

CrossFit Quest took on the Acid Athletics workout, and this one definitely lived up to its name! 😮‍💨💪

🏃 10 Shuttle Runs
🏐 50 Wall Balls
🏃 10 Shuttle Runs
⛷️ 50/40 Calories on the Ski Erg (or any machine)

With a 10-minute time cap, the goal was simple: push hard and hang on! The combination of shuttle runs, wall balls, and calories created a serious lactic acid burn that just kept building with every rep. 🔥🔥🔥

Workouts like this remind us that growth happens when we step outside our comfort zone. Embrace the burn, trust your training, and keep pushing your limits—you’re capable of more than you think! 👊
