Our 3rd–5th Grade Jazz class on Monday 4:45-5:30pm gives young dancers time to develop the technique and confidence they’ll need as they grow:

Dance team may be a few years away, and that’s exactly why this is such a great time to start. There is time to learn, grow, make mistakes, get stronger, and build confidence without the pressure of an upcoming tryout.

And whether dance team becomes the goal or not, your dancer is building skills that will make for a stronger, more versatile dancer.

As another school year begins, I’ve been reflecting on a moment from my own teen years that changed the way I saw myself.

It wasn’t the biggest moment in my life, but it became one of the most meaningful. It taught me that sometimes all it takes is one opportunity, one success, or one person who believes in us to change the course of how we see ourselves.

My prayer is that every child experiences moments like that this school year—in the classroom, on the playground, on the field, in the dance studio, and wherever life takes them.

At Define Dance, we hope to be part of those moments by encouraging every dancer to grow in confidence, discover their strengths, and believe in themselves.
Thank you for allowing us to be a small part of your child’s journey.
Here’s to a wonderful school year filled with growth, courage, and many turning points. 💜

What an incredible first week at Define Dance! 💜

From first dance steps to familiar faces, this week was filled with smiles, laughter, new friendships, and a whole lot of dancing. We loved welcoming our dancers back to the studio and kicking off another amazing season!

There’s nothing quite like the sound of tap shoes filling the studio! From learning new rhythms to building confidence and coordination, our tap dancers are having a great time one step at a time.

Calling all little dancers who love to move, perform, and sparkle! 💙📣
Our brand-new Discover POMS class introduces young dancers to the exciting world of pom dance in a fun, encouraging, and age-appropriate environment.

Through creative movement and the concepts of dance, students will: 💙 Build coordination and movement skills 🎵 Develop rhythm and musicality ⭐ Grow confidence and performance skills 📣 Learn beginning pom techniques ✨ Discover their own unique movement style
