⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5-STAR SERVICE!

I can honestly say this was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had with a service-based business.

State Cooling and Heating Services was extremely professional from beginning to end. From the moment we called, they communicated clearly, arrived when they said they would, assessed the problem immediately, and were extremely thorough throughout the entire process.

George was our representative, and he is also the operator/owner. He went above and beyond to find the issue, even climbing into some extremely difficult and uncomfortable areas to make sure the problem was properly diagnosed and handled.

What I appreciated most was the honesty and transparency. Jorge made us feel comfortable knowing we were being taken care of and not taken advantage of. That level of trust means a lot, especially when you’re dealing with an unexpected service issue.

The communication, professionalism, work ethic, and honesty were all top-notch.

As far as Activated Athletics is concerned, we will not be going anywhere else for our cooling and heating needs. State Cooling and Heating has earned our business and our recommendation.

Sparring at Activated Athletics is never a day-one thing, and it's never required.

It comes after weeks of footwork, defense, and pad work with our coaches. When a member is ready and wants to try it, we go at a controlled pace with full gear and a coach watching every round. The point is to test your skills and build confidence, not to get hurt.

Never thrown a punch before? Most of our members hadn't either. You can train with us for months without sparring, and plenty of people never do.

Want a quieter, smaller-class start? Our morning boxing classes are a great place to learn the basics at your pace.
