TWO THINGS....
First, it has been brought to our attention that we did not have any RSVP information on the physical flyers for the tournament and was only on the Facebook post about the tournament. We are very sorry if that caused anyone to miss out. We had to make a cut off somewhere otherwise we might be seeing the sunrise.

Second, we will be closing the course at 10:00 am on Saturday (August 29th) to start setting up and getting the course ready for the tournament.

We will keep a waitlist for anyone that didnt get a chance to sign up.

We currently have 27 teams for the golf tournament this Saturday. If you haven't gotten your name on the list, you better do it soon because we are capping the teams at 36.

A FEW REMINDERS:
If your cart does not have lights, you will need to have flashlights or spot lights for night golf. We are only going to have lights on the tee markers, flag sticks, yardage markers, and some low lying/hard to see objects (stumps, bridges, old wells).

You need to bring your own glow balls. We will have a small amount to purchase, JUST IN CASE haha.

Side by sides are welcome BUT...
1. It needs to have a turf mode or low power mode
2. It can not have overly aggressive tires.
3. It needs to be driven responsibly. Any erratic driving (peeling out, power sliding, etc) will not be tolerated and you will be asked to leave. (This goes for golf carts also.)

This is going to be a fun night of golf to help raise money for our course, let's make it a fun, safe, and memorable night!!!

Only a week and half away from this fun tournament, get your team signed up today!!!

We have added a few fun things and hopefully more to come.

50/50 Raffle
There will be a contest for Best Decorated Cart for the night golf. So get some lights slapped on that cart and light up the night.

There will be a golf ball cannon available to use on #4 tee box on the front 9. Just a little help to save some strokes that you may need on/around the greens. 😁😈

We have had multiple businesses donate prizes for the raffle and tournament prizes. Even if you can't play, swing by and get some tickets!
ALSO we are looking for a couple volunteers to help in the clubhouse and to run the golf ball cannon. If you can help, Text Weston @ 620-253-4964 or Chad @ 620-212-2569

Grab a partner and your glow balls and joins us for a fun tournament to raise money for the HGA.

Registration starts at 4:00 PM Tee Off at 5:00 PM

Front 9 will be a Greenskeeper Revenge style. Weston has some fun and MAAAYYBBEEE frustrating obstacles for on or around each green.

We will break for supper and some music while we wait for it to get dark. We plan to have some frozen drinks available to help cool off during/after the front 9.

Back 9 will be Night Golf starting at dark. All the obstacles from the front 9 will be taken away. There will be lights around the course and on the Flagsticks to light the way.

50/50 Drawing

We have some other fun things cooking and will update as they are confirmed.

We do not readily have extra carts so please bring your own. Side by sides welcome with turf mode and no overly aggressive tires Also, please have lights on your cart or have flashlights ready during the night golf. We will be putting lights on all the smaller hard to see hazards but we won't be able to get lights on ALL the trees.

With the help of some volunteers, the power pole and line has been cleaned up! Thank you Chad, Nuts, Tillman, and anyone else who may have helped!

We have powerlines down on the course. Power has been shutoff at the meter but #9 has powerlines strung across the fairway. Hole #9 is closed for play. It would be best to avoid #1 and #9. If you do play today, avoid all low areas and no side by sides until further notice. If you are leaving tracks with your golf cart please skip the hole or stop playing all together. Thank you!
