For many adults, swimming can be one of the biggest hurdles to doing a triathlon. With that in mind, we teamed up with Swim Carolinas to help 15 women dive right in to the sport 🏊🏽‍♀️

Swim Carolinas, in partnership with She Tris, received a grant from the USA Swimming Foundation and United States Masters Swimming (USMS) to offer an Adult Learn to Swim training program for women for She Tris Huntersville.

This program was designed specifically for beginners who were not yet able to swim 250 yards and included:

✨Small group, in-person coaching (just 3 athletes per instructor)
✨16 guided swim sessions
✨Experienced, certified coaches who understand adult beginners
✨A customized swim plan to get athletes to race day

Swimming doesn’t stop when the summer ends. Pools closing for the season doesn’t mean progress has to stop. Reach out today to schedule lessons between 1-4 M-TR.

Back to school stay in the pool.
Happy back to school season to all Swim Carolina’s families. With summer ending and your swimmer back in school that does not mean swim lessons have to stop too. New backpack, new shoes but same swim lessons. Keep the routine going so your child doesn’t start from the beginning again next summer.

We have been working hard this summer! We will be closed August 2-16 but swimming doesn’t stop when summer does. Consistent swim lessons means consistent progress.
