Why rolling?⤵️
Rolling is a fundamental gymnastics skill that builds body awareness, coordination and control—and creates a foundation for more advanced gymnastics skills.

What we teach ⤵️
This video shows how we break down a backward roll—and other gymnastics skills—into smaller steps to help our gymnasts build strong foundations, confidence and reach their peak. ⛰️


And sometimes, it takes more than one try. We celebrate the effort, encourage them to try again and remember that progress matters more than perfection.

Every attempt is part of the journey.

🤸‍♀️ Why do we spend TWO WEEKS on handstands?

Because a handstand is so much more than simply getting upside down!

Handstands are a foundation of gymnastics. They help gymnasts develop:

💪 Upper-body strength
🎯 Body control & awareness
⚖️ Balance
✨ Proper body positioning
🧠 Confidence upside down

And those skills carry over into so many others—from cartwheels and roundoffs to walkovers and handsprings.

That’s why we don’t rush through them. Our coaches break handstands down into
progressions, giving gymnasts time to learn, practice, adjust, and build confidence.

The goal isn’t a perfect handstand in two weeks. It’s building a strong foundation for what comes next. ⛰️🤸‍♂️
