Historically, a lot of my classes have been a little more “here’s when I can make it work!”

But one of my goals this year is to be more intentional about growing this little business of mine - which means planning ahead AND giving you guys time to plan ahead too!

I created this training because teaching yoga to ages 2–5 really is its own thing — and there’s so much more to it than making adult yoga “kid-friendly.”

Toddlers learn through movement, play, imagination + connection, and this training is all about understanding this age group and learning how to build classes around the way they actually learn.

We’ll get hands-on with poses, props, songs, stories, breathwork, class structure + teaching strategies, and you’ll leave with resources to help you take what you learn and create classes of your own.

Two years ago, I had no idea saying “yes” to one little toddler yoga class would lead me here.

What started as a way to share something I loved with my daughter has grown into monthly classes, countless themed adventures, and now a teacher training that I’m so excited to share with other instructors.

It started so simply.

I was just playing around with some yoga-inspired movement ideas at my daughter’s party. Nothing formal—just seeing what the toddlers would actually get into.

Froggy pose was already a favorite 🐸

I eventually tried it again in a more structured way—with songs and an actual plan—at a neighbor’s house, and it slowly grew from there into something I started sharing with my community.

Shoutout to Uplift Pelvic Health and Performance | Pelvic Floor PT (iykyk) for being my soft launch pad of fall 2024.

Over time, I kept teaching it, refining it, and realizing something important:

Toddlers connect with it. Caregivers slow down with their kids. And yoga becomes something playful, grounding, and accessible at the earliest ages 🥲

That’s why I created the UFLOW Toddler Yoga Teacher Training.

Because I can’t be everywhere teaching every child myself—but that’s not really the point.

The point is more kids being introduced to yoga, movement, mindfulness, and connection with their caregivers.

In this training, you’ll learn the UFLOW Yoga for Littles method and walk away with a fully prepared, tested, and ready-to-teach class structure you can confidently bring into your own community.

This is for you if you are a yoga teacher, educator, therapist, or caregiver who wants to confidently bring yoga to ages 2–5.
