Exciting news! Your gym membership could be eligible for HSA/FSA reimbursement.

Through our partnership with you may be eligible to use pre-tax dollars to pay for your membership, resulting in a net savings of 30% on average.

The process is simple:
1) Take a 2 minute evaluation survey from Truemed that will be reviewed by a licensed practitioner for $30.
2) If eligible, Truemed’s licensed practitioners will issue you a Letter of Medical Necessity (similar to writing a prescription). The letter can cover 12 months of reimbursements!
3) Truemed will send you instructions to obtain reimbursement from your HSA/FSA administrators.

🇺🇸 Tomorrow, 11.11.2024, we will honor our veterans with the Hero Workout, “Daniel” - named in honor of Army Sgt. 1st Class Daniel B. Crabtree, who was killed in Al K*t, Iraq on June 8th, 2006. This Hero WOD was first posted by CrossFit.com on June 15th, 2006.

Via Mike Hege: Help Us Support WNC Mountain Communities in Need:

The devastation in the WNC mountains is heartbreaking 💔 and want to help to provide relief to those affected.

We're working closely with Operation Air Drop (www.operation-airdrop.com) and have access to a private helicopter to airdrop supplies to areas that planes cannot reach. We are also making physical runs back-and-forth this entire week to the mountains to directly serve those in need.

We need your help to gather essential items by the end of this week. Please drop off donations at our Dilworth office 316 E Worthington Ave Charlotte leave on the porch) OR in Huntersville at CrossFit Huntersville 9705 Rosewood Meadow Ln
(inside by the counter) anytime between 0700 and 7:30PM (behind Publix, if you're already out shopping).

Accepted Items include:
• Water
• Powdered sports drink/hydration packets
• Baby wipes & diapers (children and adults)
• Baby formula
• Bug spray & sunscreen
• Non-perishable foods/snacks
• Plastic utensils & manual can openers
• Trash bags (13-gallon or contractor)
• Cleaning supplies & pet food
• Hand sanitizer & feminine hygiene products
• Unopened socks & heavy-duty work gloves
• Sanitation items
