Tribal Bellies Dance Studio

Pictures are finally out from August's show! It was such an incredible lineup of dancers all sharing so much variety in their styles and backgrounds. Numerous dancers made their debut to belly dancing on this night, while other very experienced dancers graced our stage for the first time ever. It was a wonderful occasion of shared community. Thank you again to all the dancers who came out to perform! And it was such an honor to be Elizabeth Khard's first show in Philadelphia

In just one month, on August 29th, Elizabeth Khard will be here to teach and perform! Tickets are available now, and we've got an outstanding lineup we'll be unveiling over the coming weeks. We'll have our studio's dancers (including a few performers who have not been around in quite a while), some favorites from the local belly dance communities, some exciting names coming from further away, and even some performers who will be on our stage for the first time! Come on out and see what makes Tribal Bellies special

Some of the studio dancers got to be part of the inaugural Nocturne, goth and metal belly dance show last week! And a few more familiar faces from the studio turned up to support and enjoy the show. The event also included a raffle to raise money for the support of our dance community's Meesha as she gets treatment for cancer. It was a great turnout for a very unique show, and co-producers La Envy and The All-Father might be turning it into a recurring show in the future!

We're already just a little over two months out until Elizabeth Khard will be here! This will be her first time teaching and performing in the area. Have you got the date on your schedule yet? Registration for her classes, and tickets for the show are both open!

In honor of International Dance Day yesterday, here's a throwback to 2018 when our studio had our surprise party for our owner Vikki Gale for her 20th anniversary of belly dancing! Vikki's helped so many of us find our passion for dancing through her classes

The fun of Art of the Belly might be done, but that doesn't mean more fun isn't coming soon! We'll be hosting Elizabeth Khardikova this summer as part of her headlining this year's show and registration for her classes is officially open!

The East coast is still winding down from 2026's Art of the Belly, and a lot of Tribal Bellies students got to take the stage this year! Always great to see our dancers getting to perform at the major events and festivals
