As I'm reconstructing my Face Book Business page All for you fitness I have several testimonials from my archives of testimonials. Here is one from When I was the Wellness Manager of the King George YMCA in Virginia... January 29, 2014:
My name is Ryan Smosna and I have been working with Randy at the King George YMCA for six weeks. We have been working specifically on vertical jump, first step quickness, speed, and endurance. These are all very important parts of the two main sports that I play (basketball & volleyball) and Randy was able to specifically design workouts for me. I was able to notice results VERY fast, and this can be credited to Randy’s catered workouts for me. He has continued to make each workout harder, more intense, more explosive, and push me physically and mentally. I am and will continue to train with him, the results have been incredible!
On a teaching level Randy will explain, demonstrate, and collect data to make sure you reach your maximum potential. Randy has also helped teach me important breathing techniques that are essential when training and playing sports. In addition to this I can honestly say that I have gained so much knowledge that I could pass this on and help others meet their training goals.
Without a doubt I highly recommend Randy as a personal trainer for ANY sport or fitness goal that you have! Whatever fitness goals you have I can guarantee that if you’re willing to work with Randy you will meet and exceed them.

On this Christmas Evening I'm counting my blessings, since I am posting yet another testimonial from the Ardmore clientele that I am growing at a very steadfast pace. This Testimonial is from Mrs. Harriet Sparkler given to me on December 15th 2016

I have worked out for most of my life. I am now in my 6th decade and still enjoy keeping fit. I have been fortunate enough to be able to work with a few trainers. It happens to be my good fortune to have met Randy Holp. He is by far the most knowledable trainer I have ever met. The qualities I find the most beneficial for my workout regime are few but each one is most important. First of all, every time we have a session Randy comes prepared. This may not seem important but for me I do not want to wait around while someone thinks of an exercise on the fly. There is not waisted time and I many times can do 15 to 20 different exercises. I never feel rushed and this trainer is a stickler for correct form. Why is this important ? Correct form not only insures the most efficient way to perform but also makes it more difficult to get injured. Randy is always the professional and is never condescending when explaining certain moves. All of these attributes make working out with Randy a most positive experience.

To whom it may concern
I am pleased to offer the following testimonial concerning Randy as very responsive to my needs and easy to work with. I would definitely recommend him to anybody looking for a Personal Fitness Trainer at the Elkton YMCA Center.
My problem was that I struggled for months with finding a way to use my time effectively exercising. As such, my activities weren't adequate and boring. Randy was able to take my skills and history and turn it into a professional routine. Instead of being limited and non-effective, my exercise routine became focused and productive.
For the last 20 sessions – first four were free and the rest I paid for – Randy has met with me during his scheduled workday and outside his assigned days. Prior to meeting him, I had not developed an effective training routine. Although other trainers have helped me, but he took me to a higher level.
Use of time – Randy did not look at the clock to see when the session ended, rather how much more time we could have to improve the direction and strengthening conditions. His devotion to mastering correct techniques with repeated prompt when form was incorrect or out of align was outstanding. He had a great sense of pride in work ethics and proper techniques to master various conditioning exercises. Randy continued to focus on quality of instructional techniques of correct exercises and machines to produce remarkable results.
He has an ability goes beyond simple training. He knows how to solve problems. He listens to the needs and desires of the client. When you're done, you get a routine that'll help you succeed and/or solve your problem. When a reoccurring injury was aggravated, he modified the instruction to avoid damage and strengthen the surrounding muscles to avoid reinjure. Thus he set up a unique set of exercises to meet my goals and body needs. Randy was very responsive to my needs and easy to work with. He helped me with applying the industries best practices in a relevant and pragmatic way for proper use with full bodywork out.
Randy has provided me with a fresh and very worthwhile focus on how to train, exercise and where I can make changes in the future. I look forward to working with Randy again and have no hesitation in recommending his skilled, helpful and friendly approach to developing and delivering a range of personal training solutions.
Yours faithfully

Alright, This week got away from me and I am going to be a little behind in posting my next "FREE" informational 101-clinic series.
I will for now post a couple testimonials from my website "www.allforyoufitness.com"... My name is Mickey Onifer, and I am a long time member of the local Cecil County YMCA. I have been involved in swimming and fitness training for most of my life. I am 52 years old and for the past 20 years, have been afflicted with Multiple Sclerosis. It has been labeled as the chronic progressive type by my Neurologist at John Hopkins University.
Throughout the years, my mobility has been compromised, and at this point, I need assistance walking, whether it be a cane or a wheelchair.
This disability in my special needs has not inhibited my training or swimming.
For the past several years, Randy has assisted me in the gym. He is knowledgeable, being a certified trainer, patient, and kind. He goes that extra mile to help me whether it be with a stretching routine, or devising a new strength training program for my needs. In addition to Randy's knowledge, he is very insightful and able to develop new programs around my limitations.
I believe that Randy's other disciplines, including his advanced martial arts training and motocross training, combined with his uplifting personality make him the exceptional person he is.
I do not hesitate to recommend Mr. Holsapple to anyone interested in securing a trainer with that extra advantage to help you meet your goals.
Very Truly Yours,
Michael J. Onifer, III

Alright, This week got away from me and I am going to be a little behind in posting my next "FREE" informational 101-clinic series.
I will for now post a couple testimonials from my website "www.allforyoufitness.com"... My names Nathan Card and am writing this Testimonial regarding my personal trainer Randy Holsapple. He started working with me my second year racing motocross and has made a significant impact on where I am today through the training program he put me on. The main focus includes proper training technique and diet necessary to be a champion. He pushes you mentally and physically and does not stop until you achieve your goals.
First we worked together at the gym, always using heart rate monitors to test our zones and to stay in the safe and correct zone. He found our heart rate zones, showed us how to properly use the equipment, stretching and many more techniques. Randy also took my friend Scott Clark and I into his home for a long weekend; gave us access to his personal motocross track and gym; and utilized our time together to get us ready for the season. Essentially he provided us with the tools, knowledge and confidence to train when we went home.
I trust Randy a lot in physical training; he has been doing it for years and works at the YMCA training people; it is his lifestyle. We worked on a lot of stuff and put a lot of hard work in on the long runs, gym time, and on the track putting down laps. I have felt a very large improvement over time on the track as my training progression builds. Randy also traveled far distances to support me at the races and to race himself, as it is his passion.
Throughout our training sessions together, we did a lot of circuit training, cardio, and muscular endurance training, always putting our time to great use and allowing us to rest. We work up so we’re primed for our races and he knows what he’s doing so to anyone out there looking for a great trainer I recommend Randy Holsapple.!! Though I have moved to another state further away, still we keep in touch. Randy often checks in with me and my training; follows my race results, and trains me through phone calls and internet communications. He’s the best trainer you could ask for, and I thank him a lot!!! I know I have what it takes sitting on the starting gate!!

Alright, This week got away from me and I am going to be a little behind in posting my next "FREE" informational 101-clinic series.
I will for now post a couple testimonials from my website "www.allforyoufitness.com"... My name is Scott Clark and I am here to tell you about my experience with the motocross training with Randy Holsapple.
Randy has helped me in this sport in two ways: he not only gives you an exceptional physical training routine but trains you mentally as well. Randy puts you in the true mind state you need to be in to compete at top levels in motocross. He constantly drills in your head "If you want to be the best you must train like the best," but Randy won't stop there because he will push you above and beyond. Randy wants to see you succeed as much as you want to.
Randy gave me the best attitude towards training that I have ever had; at many times I wanted to just give up, but his kind reassuring words motivated me to push on. There are not many people in this sport who can do that, so Randy is the man to give you the right mind set for all situations you can be faced with on the track.
Now for physical training Randy is all knowing. He has been in this sport since before I was born. I trust his words and I trust his techniques because I know his knowledge of training for this sport is beyond most. Like most athletes I am consumed by my sport and am always looking to get better. Randy feeds off this and pushes you to your limit which is exactly what you need to further yourself in this sport. Randy has helped me in my muscular endurance, muscular strength, and pushed my cardio to a complete other level and I have noticed this on and off the track. On the track I feel like I can pull my bike out of any situation I'm put in and I can sprint through a race as if I were play riding.
Randy has introduced me to many forms of training. When I hit the gym I know exactly what I'm doing, using proper form and covering specific muscle groups that I need to excel in for when training on the bike. Randy has also put together an awesome circuit training routine for me at the gym that gives me an awesome cardio when used with target heart rates that Randy calculates exactly for you so you know when you leave the gym you have put your time to great use.
Randy has primed me to do great things in this sport and still isn't done yet, but I know already when I go up to the gate I have trained the hardest out of all my competitors and that gives me a confidence that no one will have. Randy is by far the best trainer a motocross racer could have.

Alright, This week got away from me and I am going to be a little behind in posting my next "FREE" informational 101-clinic series.
I will for now post a couple testimonials from my website "www.allforyoufitness.com"... My name is Chelsea Newbold and I went to train with Randy Holsapple to prepare for my upcoming WMX pro season in 2012.
I truly believe Randy is one of the best trainers in the motocross industry. He's not only a great fitness trainer but an excellent motivator. He always has a positive attitude and believes in you because he wants you to be the best. Just like his saying that he makes sure you know, "You can be the best or the rest". He takes you to another level that you never believed you could go.
He not only focuses on training but motivation as well. He showed me the proper way to eat and introduced me to my new favorite salmon. I learned proper form and how to use a heart rate watch which helped me get everything I possibly could out of my workouts. He pushed my cardio training to another level including the "Hills of Hell". The title speaks for itself but for anyone who has trained with Randy they can tell you that it was painful but all worth it.
Randy's program gave me an extreme amount of confidence in what I could accomplish as well as great results. Randy will treat every rider as one of a kind and work with you to give you exactly what you need. Working with Randy was a key factor of my success in my first pro season. I look forward to working with him this year. He is a great trainer and a great friend. I highly recommend him.

Alright, This week got away from me and I am going to be a little behind in posting my next "FREE" informational 101-clinic series.
I will for now post a couple testimonials from my website "www.allforyoufitness.com"... 2001-2003; Training, Randy Holsapple.
My name is Justin Ware, in 2001 while early in my amateur motocross career I met Randy Holsapple. We were neighbors at the time and his daily training, which was within earshot of my home, drew my attention. After introducing myself, and within little time of knowing each other Randy and I were riding together and began training. Prior to this I had not trained for a sport, I simply performed and failed to realize my full potential. Randy has a way of
bringing out the best in a person, mentally and physically. I learned that quickly and benefited greatly over the next passing years. During my training with Randy, I was able to see his dedication to a sport that he loves in many ways. I experienced a track being built in his back
yard, cardio and weight training equipment being purchased, a commitment to a daily training regiment and a weekly race schedule. Randy was fully dedicated to his cause. For this reason I was motivated by example to become better myself. During training, Randy was able to set me up with an entry-level regiment that he designed for my abilities, and changed it regularly as I advanced. During workouts he was able to flood me with
information that helped me get the best out my workouts. I was able to make gains quicker that I had ever done before in the past, and I was able to increase my cardio drastically. I feel that training is more mental than physical and this is one reason I believe Randy deserves so much credit.
During weight training he would push me to my limits, during cardio he would force me to work thru the pain but all at the same time, stopping me on the track when I started to get sloppy or needed to hydrate in the middle of the
summer heat. I was motivated to train and ride everyday. I was meeting my short-term goals that we had set up, and stayed focused on my long-term goals. I would recommend Randy as a personal trainer to anyone that has a passion
to excel. If you need someone that will bring the best out of you and be as dedicated to your goals as you are, then your looking for an experience like I have had. Randy will be able to provide that experience for you.
