How can breathing and meditation create an emotional release?
Wait, what is an emotional release?

A release of your emotions has been building up, perhaps for decades. The results can look like - Do you quickly get angry? Experience anxiety/worry on a regular basis? Feel like you often want to cry?

You are not alone.

When we combine intentional breathwork and facilitated meditation, we open the door to the emotional release wanting to be felt, moved and processed so that healing can occur. The effects of a breathwork and meditation experience can be life-changing and transformational for many people. It can bring insight and clarity to what is really behind your emotions and allow for greater transitions in yourself, your relationships, and your work. When we practice meditation and breathwork on a regular basis, we begin to channel the peace we have been searching for our whole life.

Elena Schoenberger is a Certified Breathwork Facilitator and Meditation Guide. Her experience and education provide a place for embodiment, safety, and love. She works primarily with clients who desire to heal from stored trauma and intuitive energy healing. Elena incorporates yoga teachings into her daily life and work with others as well.

Starting Wednesday October 2nd, our 4-5pm class will be MELLOW FLOW led by, Alison Zimmer.

This class was requested by our current students. Something a little harder than Tuesday gentle yoga, but not as hard as vinyasa flow. Great for beginners and those looking for less intensity with their practice. Looking forward to seeing you on the mat soon!

Breath

Yoga
🤸lots of movement...we love headstands!!!

Break + Community Walk
👋we walk to the bathroom and downstairs to say hi to our neighbors.

Meditation

Sound Healing
🎼kids get to play the instruments as well

Your child may drop in for a single class, join us for the week, or come as they please. We welcome all types of kids, and have many lessons rooted in self love.
