I know this post is going to be controversial, but after running a Yoga studio for the last three years, it seems like the industry is changing more and more. Especially here in Newport Beach, the trend is going more towards Yoga Studios and Pilates studios being more about the social media presence and the Instagram or TikTok videos and getting as many followers as possible. That trend has nothing to do with having a wholesome yoga studio that provides the most experienced teachers possible that provides a space for you to become a healthier version of yourself, live a better lifestyle and have a great fun workout. If you want a yoga studio, where you don’t feel lost in a crowd and you don’t care if there are cameras rolling all the time and you either want to work here or want to participate in that sort of exercise, we are here for you.

I opened this studio in 2022 with one goal:
Create a place that feels like sunrise before a surf session.
Grounded. Strong. Community-driven, and a place where no one ever feels lost in a crowd.

Over the last few years we’ve grown, added teachers, added rooms, and built something really special here in Huntington Beach.

I’m usually behind the scenes — building the schedule, working on the business, or chasing waves — but I’m still very much here.
