I will never forget where I was and how I felt that day. π
Itβs so sad that our children arenβt even taught about anything that happened that day, almost like it didnβt even happen.
What leaves the biggest impression on my heart and memory from that day is how we came together and there was no divide, we were all βONEβ and if only we could remember that each and every day and practice a little more compassion and kindness for one another, what it would do for our nation.
Something as simple as a smile, wave, high five or hug can make someoneβs day and it only takes a second to do.

Its ok to eat the same meals every day if you like them! I eat egg whites almost every day, because they are easy to make and a great source of protein. Sometimes I doctor them with shredded cheddar cheese or some veggies~
