I will never forget where I was and how I felt that day. πŸ˜”
It’s so sad that our children aren’t even taught about anything that happened that day, almost like it didn’t even happen.

What leaves the biggest impression on my heart and memory from that day is how we came together and there was no divide, we were all β€œONE” and if only we could remember that each and every day and practice a little more compassion and kindness for one another, what it would do for our nation.

Something as simple as a smile, wave, high five or hug can make someone’s day and it only takes a second to do.

Its ok to eat the same meals every day if you like them! I eat egg whites almost every day, because they are easy to make and a great source of protein. Sometimes I doctor them with shredded cheddar cheese or some veggies~
