2014 - In the Battle for the Bell against Ohio, Marshall QB Rakeem Cato threw an absolute dime to WR Tommy Shuler. The amazing catch by Shuler to haul in the TD extended The Herd’s lead to 28-0.

By the time it was over, Marshall had crushed the Bobcats 44-14. Cato went 17-29 425yds 4TD 1INT

Just a pair of future Herd Hall of Famers doing Hall of Fame type stuff.

1999 - Marshall QB Chad Pennington took off for a 33-YD scramble, with under 1:00 to go in the 1999 MAC Championship Game. After the Late Hit penalty, The Herd was in business.

After getting down to the 1yd line, Pennington hit TE Eric Pinkerton on a quick out. The rest is history.

Marshall won 34-30
