Deb has been with us from the very beginning, training consistently twice a week, and it’s truly a pleasure to work with her every single session.
She stays active with daily long walks, which is fantastic, but it’s equally important to ensure the hips are supported by strengthening the surrounding leg muscles and maintaining strong upright posture throughout daily life.
Our sessions focus on keeping her thoracic spine mobile and flexible through a variety of exercises, while also training the rest of the body in a functional and purposeful way.

Over Two years ago, Mita walked in and made a decision that changed everything. No hesitation—she committed to a 50-pack right off the jump because she knew real change takes real time, effort, and intention.
