Hi! I’m Athena and this summer i’ve just been spending time with my family! we went to Disney World for my sister’s 17th birthday in may and i’ve been working the days away at a pharmacy on long island!

I’ve been to my sister’s dance competitions and her dance recital and it’s been so much fun! the rest of the summer will mostly be filled with work but we’re going back to Disney for my 20th birthday and a dance convention for my sister in july!

We’re catching up with all our team members and how they’re enjoying their break! Next, our rising senior, Juju ✨

Hiii! I’m Juju, and it honestly feels so crazy saying that I’m already going to be a senior this year. Time has gone by so fast, and these past few months have been so fun and exciting for me.

This summer, I started my internship at a record label in NYC and have been learning so much while also having the best time. Earlier this summer, I also got the opportunity to travel to China and Hong Kong for work with my family’s company, and I completely fell in love with both places. Getting to experience the culture, food, and energy of the cities was such an unforgettable experience.

Right now, I’m back home in Brazil spending quality time with my family and catching up with friends that I don’t get to see often during the year. I’ve also loved being able to go back and take classes at my home dance studio again, which has felt really full-circle and special.

I’m super excited to head back to NY for the rest of the summer, continue my internship, cheer on Brazil for the World Cup and enjoy the city in the sunshine before the dance season starts. I can’t wait to get back with the team, dance again, and make more memories together this year. ⭐️💚

We’re catching up with all our team members and how they’re enjoying their break! First up, incoming freshman, Sophia ✨

Hi everyone! I’m Sophia, and I’m an incoming freshman this fall! These past few months have been so exciting and memorable as I’ve wrapped up my senior year and prepared for this next chapter.

Recently, I graduated from high school and got to experience so many special senior-year moments. I performed in my final theater production, Seussical, took part in my school’s annual Color Wars performance with the dance team, and went on my senior trip to Disney with some of my friends. Between performances, graduation celebrations, and spending time with family and friends, I’ve been trying to enjoy every moment of my final months at home.

This summer, I plan on continuing to dance, working, spending time with friends and family, and making the most of my last summer before college. I’m so excited to begin my journey at Manhattan University, meet everyone, and continue doing what I love as a member of the dance team. I can’t wait for this season and all the memories we’ll make together.
